Montblanc, John Harrison - Limited edition skeleton fountain pen created to honour John Harrison, inventor of the marine chronometer. The 18K gold skeleton overlay forms a world map, with transparent blue resin representing the oceans. The barrel set with a diamond marking the position of Mont Blanc. The gold coloured medium nib stamped 18K 750 and engraved with a portrait of John Harrison.
Issued in a limited edition of only 333 of which this is number 020.
Stamped 750 with common control mark.
The pen has been inked and is in good condition with light surface blemishes and ink marks inside lid. Please refer to illustrations.
