Do you have a high-street shop?
Not at present. Being online based means that we can operate continuously without the constraints of shop opening hours. This allows us to fulfil orders and acknowledge enquiries beyond the typical 9-5.
The item I wish to purchase has no delivery cost - please advise?
Large and delicate items may not have a pre-assigned delivery cost. In which case delivery via designated courier or collection in person is required. Please contact us and we will advise.
Can I browse stock in person?
Yes. Viewing/collecting of selected stock is most welcome and can be arranged by appointment. We are based in Chertsey, Surrey (M25 junction 11); approximately 20 miles from central London. Woking station is 3.5 miles away and has frequent fast trains to London Waterloo, with a journey time of around 28 minutes.
Is VAT applied to my order?
Our stock is sold in accordance with the VAT margin scheme (antique and second-hand goods), unless otherwise stated.

Do your prices include delivery?
All stock is priced exclusive of delivery. The associated cost of handling and delivery will be displayed at checkout. Combined discounts may be applicable for multiple purchases. If this is feasible, we will amend your invoice accordingly.
My order has arrived broken - what should I do?
If your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can begin claims proceedings with the carrier. For further information please read our Terms and Conditions.
How do I make a purchase online?
To place your order via our website, simply add your desired item(s) to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Upon placing your order, please await your order confirmation via email.
