Note: Date on the title page and 'How Keld' on page 20.
Ink name verso of frontispiece. Lacking front-free endpaper and half-title, upper joint split, rear with tape repair, tape repairs to first seven leaves, tear to one leaf and two small tears to preliminaries. Please refer to illustrations to make your own analysis of condition.
