Graham Thomas Oakley (British, 1929-2022), Armed troops and vehicle putting a spotlight on a young man, original watercolour artwork.  
Provenance: From the estate of the late Graham Thomas Oakley, best known for the Church Mice (1970-2000) and The Foxbury Force (1993-1998). 
Image measures approximately 29cm by 17cm and is in good overall condition with strong colours.
