Frederick Rhead designed for Charlotte Rhead - a scarce tube lined pottery wall tile with hand-painted decoration depicting a Dutch girl holding a basket.
Tile measures 26cm x 10.5cm and is in good overall condition. Typical glaze crazing throughout. Wear and fretting predominantly to the edges of verso.
Impressed marks verso.
