Signed JAK top right. Accompanied by a hand written recollection of the events in The House by the Rt. Hon. Bernard Weatherill.
Inside of mount measures approximately 44cm x 55cm and the frame 55cm x 66cm.
Provenance: From the estate of Lord Weatherill, former Speaker of the House of Commons.
